Returns + Warranty
RETURNS
We want to ensure that you love your products. If you are not happy with your product for any reason we offer free returns within 30 days of purchase. Items must be returned in the same condition as you received them, and must be unworn and unwashed.
Please contact us at hello@littlepopkin.com.au if you would like to return an item.
When contacting us please provide the following information
- Your full name and date of purchase
- Why you are returning the item, ie change of mind, product fault, wrong product sent.
- Please attach photos where relevant ie if there is a product fault
Please note: The cost of return shipping is at customers expense unless the we have made a mistake with the order.
Once approved we will provide you with the option to receive a credit note, or a refund.
WARRANTY
We provide a 6 month warranty for all purchases valid from the date of purchase. Our warrantee covers manufacturing defects related to – snaps, elastics, waterproof TPU nappy shell, seams and zips.
Our warrantee does not cover the following:
Leaking, nappy smells, normal wear and tear, shrinkage, fading, piling, nappy not fitting.
Our warrantee if void if customer has not following washing instructions. This includes:
- The use of bleach, whitener, perfumes, oils, caustic substances
- Washing at temperatures over 60 degrees
- Drying on high heat
- Soaking
- Accidental damage ie items caught in machine/ dryer
- Excessive washing or excessive wear and tear
If you notice a defect in your product please stop using it and contact us as soon as possible providing photographs. We will issue you with refund, repair or replacement, whichever we assess is appropriate in the circumstances and we will cover any shipping costs.
